No. These vehicles qualify as e-bikes so no driving license is required. The handling of e-scooters is very easy and you will have a practice warm-up before heading out.

— Age limitations: Must be 16 years or older for rentals, or 14+ for guided tours (under adult supervision).

— Must have a valid photo ID card or copy of passport that is left as deposit during tours and rentals (one document per group).

— Drivers must be sober during use. Arriving in an intoxicated state voids participation and cancels tour or rental without refund.

Yes. Our vehicles qualify as e-bikes so you can use the bike lanes. In fact, we recommend using them for the safest and most enjoyable ride. If you’re looking to rent, you can ask our team to give you route recommendations and they will be happy to help. 

You can book through our online reservation system, via phone or email, or in person at our location.

Every tour and rental starts from our rental shop located on str. Livada Vulturului 1, Brasov, Romania. Please check your invoice for your exact departure point.

We ask you to drop off the vehicles at the same location where you started, due to the deposit requirements (see: What is needed to participate?) and logistics reasons. Thank you for understanding.

In bad weather conditions or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity until next availability. In case of such cancellation, the full price is refunded to customer.

Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before start time. After that, a 100% cancellation fee is charged.
